Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is a separate and specific policy that applies to all subscriptions to Zi Edge 10x Protocol on the Liquiplex Dex platform, operated by Liquiplex LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company.

1. No Refunds

All subscription payments for Zi Edge 10x Protocol are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will not be entitled to any refund for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind
    • Lack of usage
    • Dissatisfaction with the service, signals, or Plex AI performance
    • Partial use of the subscription period
    • Any losses incurred while using the Platform

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your Zi Edge 10x subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (annual term).
  • Cancellation stops automatic renewal for the next year.
  • Upon cancellation (effective at the end of the current period), all Zi rewards and premium benefits will stop immediately, even if the current subscription period has not yet ended.
  • You will retain access to premium features (signals, Plex AI, etc.) until the end of the paid subscription period.

3. No Prorated Refunds or Credits

We do not offer prorated refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any remaining time in your annual subscription. You are responsible for the full annual fee once the subscription is purchased.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in extremely limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate accidental charges (subject to verification)
  • Technical failure preventing access for the entire subscription period (at Liquiplex LLC’s sole discretion)

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to privacy@liquiplex.com within 7 days of the incident. Liquiplex LLC reserves the absolute right to approve or deny any exception request.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you will result in immediate termination of your account and subscription. You will remain responsible for any outstanding balances, fees, or damages incurred by Liquiplex LLC due to the chargeback.

6. Changes to This Policy

Liquiplex LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
